- An increase of 10% in new listings and a rise of Months of Inventory to 2.8 (almost 3 months, the threshold for change from a balanced market to a buyers market).
- Looking across housing types, the buyers market is evident in Burlington for Detached Homes (3.1 MOI) and Condo Apartments (4.1 MOI).
- Average Days on Market in Burlington remained at 24 days in September
- With longer MOI comes longer DOM (days on market) with the detached and apartments showing the highest.
- Higher DOM gives buyers more time to look and do more due diligence.
- Average sale price to listing price is 96% for the month, with little variation by home type.
